What we collect
An email address and a password, stored only as a salted scrypt hash — we cannot read it. Your plan, subscription dates and account balance. On Desk: the instruments you add and the strategy text you submit for review. Ordinary server logs, which may briefly contain your IP address.
What we do not collect
No trading account credentials, no broker connections, no positions, no payment card numbers — card details go to the payment processor and never reach our servers. We run no advertising trackers and build no advertising profiles.
Strategy reviews
Text you submit for a strategy review is sent to Anthropic's API together with the instrument's wave hierarchy, and the result is stored on your account so you can re-read it. Do not put anything confidential, personal, or belonging to someone else into that field.
Cookies
Two, both strictly necessary and neither used for tracking: a session cookie that keeps you signed in, and an operator cookie for the internal console. No analytics or advertising cookies are set.
Where data lives
In a single database on the server running this site, with a rolling backup beside it. Market data is fetched from Binance and Yahoo Finance; those requests identify this service, not you.
How long we keep it
Account data for as long as the account exists, and briefly afterwards where records are needed for accounting. Strategy reviews stay until you delete them or close the account. Server logs are short-lived.
Your rights
Ask us for a copy of your data, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete your account and everything attached to it. Write to the contact address on this site and we will act within thirty days.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will say so here and date it.
