What Sir Elliott is
Sir Elliott publishes Elliott Wave research: mechanical swing maps derived from market data, and a model-maintained wave hierarchy with two competing scenarios. It is a research and education product. Nothing here is investment advice, a recommendation, a solicitation, or an offer to buy or sell any instrument. We are not a broker, an investment adviser, or a fiduciary, and we hold no discretion over anyone's money.
No guarantees
Wave counts are interpretations. They are revised when the market invalidates them — that is the method working, not a defect. Market data comes from third parties and may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. We do not warrant that any count, forecast, target, or invalidation level is accurate, and we are not liable for trading losses. You alone decide what to do with your money.
Accounts
A subscription is personal. Do not share credentials; an account used by several people may be suspended. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done through your account, and for telling us promptly if you believe it has been compromised.
Plans and payment
Plans are Observer, Atlas and Desk, billed monthly at the prices shown on the pricing page. Access runs to the end of the paid period; cancelling stops the next renewal and does not shorten the period already paid for. When you change plan, the days remaining on the old one are valued at that plan's daily rate and added as extra days on the new one, rounded up in your favour. Desk customers may hold a limited number of private instruments, each for at least thirty days before its place can be given to another. Strategy reviews are limited per calendar month and do not roll over.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape, resell, or redistribute the analysis; do not attempt to reach another customer's data; do not overload the service with automated requests. Any of these may end an account.
Changes and ending
We may change these terms and will date the change here. We may end an account for breach, refunding the unused part of the current period unless the breach involved fraud or abuse. You may close your account at any time.
Severability
If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
